Strategic Thinker
As a social designer, strategy is essential when achieving systemic change. I am analytical and like to look at challenges from a helicopter view in order to understand them.
Empathy
As an empathic, social designer, I listen to people. In my projects, I integrate their needs. As a colleague, I'm empathic to group dynamics and want to help people thrive.
Assertive
I am assertive in discussions and want to find common ground, through listening and asking proactive questions. I'm not afraid to take the lead or to take the stage.
As a designer, I see it as my role to connect people through creativity. I want to design public spaces where people from different backgrounds come to connect and design the city of the future, together.
